Thanks for sharing Ramey! I absolutely agree, by being authentic and helping others the universe shall return the favour.

The study was conducted by Dr. Biasiotto at the University of Chicago if you’d like to look it up.

I look forward to more of your articles :)

Hello Sam! Thank you for your comments. I LOVE to hear what other people think. What an insightful study you mentioned. Visualization is my strength and I’ve become mentally strong from this technique.

Motivation can be tricky because often we do things to please others. Drawing from your wants and needs is the most important motivation. When I’m able to do this, I do things that follow my personal goals while also being authentic and helpful to others. Another tip is finding a morning routine that works for you so you can stay motivated all day. It’s easy to wake up, go to work, and quickly burn out.

A study on basketball players revealed that a group who didn’t touch a ball and visualised making shots compared to a group who practiced their shots performed just as well as those physically practicing.

The second is self care. I don’t think it’s even worth attempting to go after a goal until you’ve got yourself into a positive and clear place on your direction and purpose. These sound airy-fairy words but they make the world of difference when you’re committing to your plans.

Great article. What are your key tips for keeping up motivation?
