Just as much as I love journaling. I owe journaling so much! It has helped me to become the person I am right now – which is someone I always wanted to be -, it has helped me to grow, to get to know myself better and to overcome tough situations. I am a big big believer in the power that putting thoughts on paper.
I plan on rereading my old journals in April which is something I’ve been intimidated to do for a while now. But I believe there might be some lessons learned hidden within my words :)
