Remi Roy is a self-proclaimed trier, committed to exploring the boundaries of her creativity and doing things that seem out of reach. Her desire to live a truly creative life inspired her to pursue a career in communications and a Master's degree in Emerging Media and Communications. She has worked in magazine publishing, digital marketing, and graphic design. Remi is the author of three books, Ms. Unlikely, From the Sidelines, and This is Me! A journal for creative reflection. Over the years, through her varied experiences in West Africa and the United States, Remi has developed a curiosity and fascination for how our experiences influence our lives and decisions. She is a firm believer in the use of the power of reflection to not only encourage gratitude but give perspective and inspire confidence in the future.
